背景：ZARYADYE 公园是莫斯科城区一个重要的公共空间，占地13万平方米。6年前公园场地清平之后一直被搁置，2012年普京总统指示要把ZARYADYE建成一个可以向公众四季开放的、具有时代特征的公园。

主办：莫斯科市政府

参赛：世界各国景观、建筑、规划专业人士均可参加。

时间：2013年5月22日前报名注册提交方案
2013年5月22日初选出6个入围方案
2013年6月17日现场研讨
2013年7月27日前提交修改后的方案
2013年9月27日评审、公布评奖结果
