DE-Halle: Entwicklungsgebiet Heide-Süd - Offener Realisierungswettbewerb (2-stufig)

Im Entwicklungsgebiet Heide-Süd soll in den kommenden Jahren auf der letzten noch brachliegenden Fläche, zwischen dem zentralen Stadtteilpark Grünes Dreieck und der Scharnhorststraße, Wohnungsbau realisiert werden. Aufgrund der exponierten Lage im Zentrum von Heide-Süd kommt der ca. 4,5 ha großen Fläche eine zentrale Bedeutung für das Entwicklungsgebiet Heide-Süd zu. Deshalb soll im Rahmen dieses städtebaulichen Realisierungswettbewerbs ein innovatives, städtebauliches Konzept erarbeitet werden.

Preise und Anerkennungen
Die Wettbewerbssumme beträgt € 12.000,00 zzgl. Mehrwertsteuer. Die Preise werden nur für Arbeiten in Phase 2 ausgelobt und sind wie folgt gestaffelt:
1. Preis € 6.000,-
2. Preis € 4.000,-
3. Preis € 2.000,-
Die Aufteilung der Wettbewerbssumme kann durch einstimmigen Beschluß des Preisgerichts neu festgelegt werden
